Shipping Policy
1. Please confirm your shipping address before paying for it; Please leave your Phone number and a valid and most frequent used email address for us to contact you if there is anything wrong with your order.
2. Orders may take 24 to 48 hours to process. Once your order has been shipped, an email with tracking number will be sent to your email box.
3. For some special styles of items, if customized, it will take at least 10 business days to produce them after we received your successful order so it will cost about couple of weeks totally for you to get . Please note that if you live in the more rural areas it may take longer time. International orders can be held up by customs, unfortunately these delays are beyond our control and we offer no assistance and no compensation in these matters. Hope you can understand.
4. If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return or exchange is due to personal reasons or a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund or exchange accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
6. In the case of an exchange, if the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or suggest an alternative item of equal value.
7. Please note that customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. We take utmost care in ensuring the quality of our customized items, but if you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
8. In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist you in resolving the issue to the best of our ability.
